just search around for fabrication shops, I'm sure there's something around.

The problem with an existing tow hitch is that you undermine a lot of the "low profile" nature of one of these bumpers by keeping it. There are bumpers out there that have integrated hitches that are higher up.

This one, for example, has a hitch, but it doesn't have the side skirts to protect the body panels. I just wish there were more pictures/measurements of it so I could see if it'd be possible to add things like a swing out tire carrier which is on my wish list... The Trail RIde does have a swing out option for their prebuilt model, but I'd rather have a double shear design like the NWTI one.

I'm sure I could buy the raw materials (3/16" plate) and build my own for less (except maybe the frame plates), but that's a lot of cutting with an angle grinder, lol. The idea of having all/most of it already laser cut and all you do is assemble/weld it is very attractive. I have CBI's DIY front bumper (linked in my build thread in my sig). It's a great kit, and they're great bumpers. For this kit bumper, if you really wanted the side skirts, I'm sure it'd be pretty easy to fab something up to fit it, and since it's a kit, it'd be easy to modify the pieces as needed for that purpose.

I did just read a little bit about the CBI bumper, and it appears the frame tabs are 1/4”, with weld on D ring tabs. IMO they missed a pretty easy and bomb proof 1/2” or 3/4” frame mount that protrudes thru the bumper for the shackle mounts like others do. Oh well....
