It's okay. I wish it had some sort of audible signal instead of just the light. I have to look over there to see it so I'm nearly looking in my blind spot anyway.

No it isn't. Premium and tech package on the TRD OR includes painted bumper caps.

Plate bumper... you won't regret.. check out the ones from ... Mobtown.. and get some under armour skid plates while yer there... The stock skids are about as heavy duty as that plastic rear bumper.

I did almost the same thing I had my truck for 3 days... someone ran into my bumper while I was backing up... technically was my fault but the person ran into me I was stopped.... shit happens.. then it happened to me again after I got the plate bumper installed. Didn't even get a scratch.. put a nice little dent in some beater mazda... paid the dude a Franklin to make everything good.

You have fully justified an aftermarket bumper. Let the mods begin!

I think a guy on Cincinnati.craigslist.org is selling everything you need to repair this. $200.00
Have to repaint the painted pieces but he has all the rest.
probably cost 100.00 to ship at most, you can tell him to keep what you don't want like the heavier metal pieces possibly.

    Good Luck

This is what i have found to be true. i think i saw like one other bumper that SAID it was compatible, but it was compatible because they will sell you an additional bracket that hangs the BSM BELOW the bumper which is IMO a very low IQ solution.

I'm going in to the stealership tomorrow for the Leaf Spring squeak TSB. Gonna have em give me a detailed estimate/parts list.

Did you check out the one I linked? It holds the modules in the same spot, but just has a plastic square there so they still work.

yeah, thats the only one on market currently that has it. Mobtown said they have that in the works but are currently focusing on a front bumper.

Fab fours has their premium bumper that retains the sensors. I actually had to wait for them to release the non sensor version in March. The factory bumper is so flimsy, it is worth the money for the aftermarket versions.IMAG4388.jpg

We're talking about the blind spot monitor sensors, not the back up sensors.
