IMG_1777.jpg IMG_1776.jpg My 2023 TRD Sport got the rear bumper anonymously hit. My deductible is $1k for collision and of course making a claim will cause my insurance to go up. Wondering the cost of purchasing and replacing myself. It does have the backup sensors that appear to be fine. I read it’s a standard 3 part bumper with pre painted (color matched) panels. Any thoughts, part numbers, advice?

Good time to go after market for a better bumper.

IMHO, you would be better off to pay the deductible and have it repaired correctly you have a nice truck. After it’s said and done I would lower the deductible to 500.00 so if it happens again it won’t cost you so much out of pocket.

Also this is a “not at fault accident” so your insurance shouldn’t go up.

I would also claim on insurance, even though you said the parking sensors are GTG, if you run in a problem,,, it’s $$$$ to get em fixed.
