    Hello,

    First time posting here.

I've been dealing with musty/wet dog smell for quite some time and rear carpets getting wet. In a heavy rainstorm (S. Florida) my daughter noticed water coming from where headliner meets rear glass. I found a TSB (technical service bulletin) for 3rd brake light sealing and took the truck to the dealership where they replace/installed new gasket around brake light. I thought all good! I removed and shampoo the rear seats, dried them out. Cleaned and dried the carpet as well.

I don't drive the truck much, so it sits for 4 or 5 days at a time. When I went to go use it the other day, I found the windows fogged up with condensation on the inside and the rear carpet on the passenger side damp.

Does anyone have any experience with rear window glass sealing and/or sliding glass sealing issues? Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

    Thanks,

    C

Do you have a sunroof? If so, the drain channels can get clogged and then rainwater just ends up in the headliner. Ask me how I know

… and if you have a roof rack, that can be the problem (ask me how I know).

    All the things!
Rear cab vents stuck open? Or water being unnaturally sprayed into them?

Edit: vents in the back wall of the cab... visible with the bed off.

    LS1 swap with nitros.
Added subwoofer behind the rear seats that could be pressing onto those vents?
