Rear Diff Fill bolt rounded off... Dimensions?

    Just wait until you get a new plug. Your diff fluid can wait a few days. Then use a chisel and hammer, or whatever, to remove it and carry on like it never happened.

    This is how I destroyed the front diff fill plug. Those things crumble like old pasteries when you start getting western with them. I ended up having to use a chisel. Someone at Toyota really worked on tightening that thing down on mine, I'll tell ya.

    If I didn't know better, I'd swear it was just a welded on bolt head lmao. It didn't budge at all. Wd 40, pb blaster, gun cleaner, a hammer. Nothing moved it lol

    At least yours is on the rear diff. A front diff is way less convenient to get to.
