    Hello
I saw A thread about this on for them already, but didn’t see the answer to my question.
I am in Canada, and up and told the switch on the diff is an assembly that will cost $1700. Does anybody know where I can get this cheaper, maybe in the US?
Is anyone know if we can be purchased as a separate peace? Thanks

Is just the light staying on or is the diff actually staying locked?

Find the position switch back on the diff housing, it looks similar to a reverse light switch on a manual trans. Pull it out, clean it and work the plunger up and down with your thumb. Mine did the same thing and just working it in and out freed it up and made the light go out

If it is staying locked you can try lightly tapping on the housing with a soft hammer, that will often times get the motor to spin. At least enough to unlock it so you can rebuild/replace the motor

The diff is not locked, Just the light and ABS light associated with it are lit.
I will Try to remove The switch and see. Any tips on the removal?

Up in Canada, I’m assuming the under side of your truck looks similar to mine, soak that sucker in some penetrating fluid maybe a few times to hopefully let it work into the threads. Sensors like that are usually fine thread and it be really shitty if it snaps off on you
