    Evening TW

Just wondering if anyone can provide me with some info on why my 2007 Tacoma TRD Sport does the following

Under turns whether right or light the tires always chirp and feel like its locking up.

I do not have a locking diff as I have crawled underneath and there is nothing attached to the diff and no button in the cab.

    Thanks Guys / Gals

You have a mechanical limited slip differential.

Might need a drain and fill with fresh synthetic and some fresh friction modifier paste squirted in.

It's a true mechanical limited slip, there are clutch packs in there to engage/disengage each wheel from getting power. it sounds like it is seized and acting like its locked. My buddy has one and it chatters a little turning left or right hard from a dead stop. I don't know if it's a problem. Changing out the fluid would be a good first step. They are expensive to replace.
