Hey, I'm new here, I just got my license and just got a 2006 Tacoma TRD sport 4-wheel drive. Unfortunately when having it aligned it was brought to my attention that the differential is bent outside of the right leaf spring. I am looking for a used differential. 1:3.73 ratio, and though mine does not have a locker on it, if I can find one with a locker that would be great. I don’t have much money as I’ll be borrowing it from my dad. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Pictures of the bend of the axle housing and symptoms you're experiencing might be helpful.

This is not a common problem.

the alignment report showed the rear right tire 2 degrees out, with tires wearing terribly on the inside and middle. I don't have pictures but the subtle bend is visible to the eye

Car-part.com is good website to look for auto wreckers that are parting out rigs.
