Rear differential problem

2007 tacoma

Are cold air intake, 3inch icon stage 2 lift procomp wheels

So my 07 taco started vibrating real bad and the rear diff started chattering. Iv pulled the third member out and found the lsd locked. There are no chewed up gears and the bearings and clutches look fine. Has anyone had any similar problems and how can i fix the lsd
