I have a 2001 double cab Tacoma. The two rear latches on the two rear doors seem to be sticking. the drive door outside latch has to be pulled hard to open the door. I have owned several Toyotas over the years and never had this problem. I bought the tacoma used a couple of years ago.

Have you tried any type of spray lubricant? That might be all it needs.
