Rear passenger door will not open from the outside or the inside. I'm guessing the inside issue might be related to the child lock, and the outside handle not working because something is broken. But I can't get the door open to access the panel. How can I get the door open?

Truck is 2003 extra cab (full cab model) with full doors.

IS the window able to roll down and can you get a thin screwdriver or long thing pliers down in there to access and engage the lock mechanism? Either that or pull the seat out and take the paneling off.

You may try a wrecker/recoverery service. I know they're good with "unlocking" but they may be able to open it by manipulating the mechnism.

I went out and looked at mine "doublecab" and you might be able to still get the panel off since the edges are still somewhat accessable. I'd refer to a service manual for instructions.

The window does go down. I may try that.
