So, while we are all congratulating ourselves for stupidly disassembling our trucks, OP hasn't updated us in going on 3 days.
    What's up @DonM77 ?

My last post explained there would be a rainy weekend In Jersey and I wouldn't be able to mess with the door. Plus I'm not sure if I mentioned this or not but I'm recoving from a foot surgery and I'm limited on my feet. Will post back after I get a chance to look at door

Looks like it was the bottom pivot point not seated properly. From the advice of another member I tried releasing both pivot points to remove the latch. After examining both pivot points I realized the bottom pivot point was already released causing slack in the cable. The problem is with the bottom pivot point? At least this is the only issue I can see wrong. Is it possible that a few CM of slack would cause this issue?

Once I was able to open the door, I pulled the panel off, removed the cables and examined the latch. During my speaker install I never touched these pivot points to remove the latch. But, for some reason I'm having issues seating the bottom pivot point in place and keeping it there. It is almost like it is worn or warped!

I'm thinking about gluing it in place to fix the problem...

Yes, CM is the difference between grabbing enough and not.
Great job getting the door open BTW.
    Was the child lock on?
This still doesn't explain why you couldn't open the door from the outside.

I'm also guessing the same thing happened to the other side and when I pressed on the inside panel it seated the pivot point in place. While I did do the same thing on the driver side the pivot point like I said above, it will not stay in position.

Child lock was off and big thanks for the help, videos and suggestions were awesome everybody!!!
