Quick run down, its because driver, battery, and gas tank are all on the left side. So the leaf sags first.

You can put a spacer on to shim it up, but at that point you are buying new u bolts, just replace the damn leaf set.

You could put in a spacer like this:
    https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p31/HS_1/4"_Top_Plate_Spacer_-_TT05514-TPS.html

… or put in stronger springs in back. The weight of the gas tank, battery plus driver on the left side tends to throw off the balance a bit on these trucks. I personally just counter-weighed it with a high lift Jack, a spare battery and other tools mounted to the right side. In my case the lean was a lot worse as I also put in a spare 15-gallon gas tank on the left side also.

That plate is for the front, mine is in the rear. I have 3” level in front and 1” blocks in the back. It’s really noticeable. About 5/8 to 3/4 “ lower on driver side rear.

Measure the difference when your gas tank is empty and when it is full. You have a block, but are you still on stock leafs?

Get rid of blocks and put leaf packs in, or 3 leaf add a leafs.

Full set, no one sells 1 leaf anyway, you can get OEM and re-use the blocks, if you haul or tow, get a proper HD pack.

don't put gas in it, sit in the passenger seat when driving, and lower the passenger side rear tire pressure. don't bother trying to level it out, you'll just mess up the suspension. and yea, like others said, get rid of the blocks.

intake mods, firestone airbags, campershell, backup lights,
rather than add a leaf use airbags that are plumbed individually.
easy leveling. Or drive around on empty and lose a lot of weight

my truck doesn't have a lean and i've been looking for it every day. perhaps the leaf springs start to sag after a while? i think they put heavier leaf springs in the 2021 access cabs, at least in the SR trim. the leaves seem a lot stiffer than my 2020 SR AC which would hit the bump stops driving over train tracks too fast. my 2021 is the complete opposite and rides like a dump truck when empty.

the 2020 was 2wd and the 2021 is 4x4. maybe they put heavier leaves on the 4x4s.

Have any of you actual measured the frame to flat ground both sides while this thing is "leaning"?
