Rear end alignment issue possible causes???

    My 2015 Sport was involved in an accident 2 years ago. I was hit right in front of driverside rear tire and it broke the leaf spring and separated driveshaft.

    The repair shop replaced the entire rear suspension (new Old Man Emu shocks/leafs), driveshaft, rear axle housing (used part), and supposedly straightened a bent spring hanger.

    Last year, I noticed oil slung up inside the rear passenger wheel well. I took it back to the shop and they let me know that the rear seal went out and agreed to replace it on their dime.

    Fast forward to this past Friday when I went to discount tire to get my 12k mile old KO2s rotated and balanced for the 1st time and the tech let me know that both my rear tires had substantial wear on the inside edges. He suggested I go get my alignment checked.

    I stopped my Firestone on the way home and got these alignment numbers -

    Besides the repair shop using a bent axle housing, what are some other causes for the negative toe? Anything I can check?

    I don’t drive much. I think I’ve put 14k miles on the truck in the 2 years since the accident. And besides the abnormal rear tire wear, I haven't noticed anything else out of the ordinary.

    And not sure if it’s correlated, but I also just noticed the axle housing is seeping around the rear diff cover. No fluid on the ground anywhere though.

    We've seen this before with bent housing, they will eat bearings and seals and sit crooked.

    Absolutely shit luck that you have to deal with this.

    If it was hanger or leaf spring it would be equally out, so one positive one negative. This is both negative and very high total toe.

    Appreciate the info. Is there any easy way to check the housing for straightness?

    Now that I’m thinking about it, I took the rear drums off last Thursday to adjust the brakes and I noticed that the driverside drum was full of brake dust and the passenger looked new.

    While trying to get the DS adjusted correctly, there would be quite a bit of resistance while I was spinning the drum and then would free up and spin a bit easier.
