They all did... before the video rolled. Video is only part of the story here.

I’d vote to acquit you, but I’m from Texas and we have “he needed killin’” laws.

His mistake could serve the greater good if someone could post a "what they did wrong" and a "what they should have done" in the recovery forum.

The spotters in this video are as blind as Ray Charles. Holy shit... "yeah, you're good. He can still steer!" WTF? The damn axle is broken 3 seconds into the video, he literally just pulled the truck up and over it.

Priceless video. Wonder if "Toyota Care" will lend a helping hand. Buhahahaahaa

    This guy...yelling "STOP DUMBASS!!!!"

You'll be good with wheel lugs if you go to spec. Over torquing each time could get you in a pickle down the road so make sure to keep it to two ugga duggas on the impact gun ;)

A couple people have commented that they gave advice out the ass and he ignored it and did what he wanted to. They finally gave up, grabbed the popcorn and watched the slowly evolving train wreck.

I laughed but poor guy I feel for him his fault or not. I’d wouldn’t wheel with a truck for sale as well.

    ...too much shit to list.
Just to play devil's advocate. If the truck has a rear locker, and it's in 4wd, the video shows everything locked up towards the end when at that point the weight of the truck sitting on top of the passenger rear tire. Once that happens, all the tires will be locked up with or without the brakes.

Crazy. Can’t help but feel bad for him and the entire situation. I’m assuming he’s plenty embarrassed and feels extremely shitty about it, especially with having twins on the way and whatever else he has going on. Hard lesson to learn either way.

SilverSky, take the hits, keep your head up, and just be glad no one was hurt and that you and your family are healthy.
