Hello...just a quick question about my truck's rear end. When I am facing uphill on a steep in- cline and go from park to drive the truck makes a noise from the rear end I think as I start to go forward. When I make sure there is no drifting backwards with the foot brake..no noise. If I let it slide a little backwards it makes the noise. Any thoughts...is this normal?...Thanks for any suggestions........

On mine, the ABS system engages to prevent rollback.

Yeah, if it sounds like a series of clicks and grunts it’s the Hill Assist at work.
