Rear end starting to leak

    Toyota has this covered also (for themselves, of course). The loaner contract I have says no more than average 250 miles/day. If you go over, it's 38 cents a mile.

    That's 7500 miles a month roughly. Anyone spending that much time in a car needs to fly haha

    So .. enlighten me here, above mentioned "rear end locking up" what exactly would cause that? I'm guessing all the rear diff fluid leaking out? Just curious

    signing a waiver is just a scare tactic, these dealerships also charge Toyota corp for the loaner/rental cars so its in the dealers monetary interest to get you in a loaner car. bottom line the truck is private property (yours) there is no legal right by law to with hold your vehicle from you. if they want you to sign a waiver sign it with>> John Doe and take your car. if it doesn't bother you to use a loaner for the time being then go for it. either way you have the rights to your property.

    Legally you don't have to sign anything. It's my truck. That has a warranty that they'll stand by, if they don't they go to court.
