Rear End Wobble/Shake - Desperate

    This is just a guess but I suspect that the rear end squatting down under the weight of the camper shell was enough to cause the nose of the truck to lift and since the cv axles were probably almost maxed out due to the lift, this pushed it over the edge. He probably either bagged the rear suspension or otherwise found some way to get the tail up. Or he could have found a way to take some of the angle out of the cv axles…
