    Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
    I bet it kept travelling underneath and buckled the muffler as it extends out the passenger side of the truck.

    Another reason to just chop it off over the axle...

    long story, but it was my own sled. Parking brake was off. sled took off in my garage and slammed into the back of my truck. Broke my wrist. Needed surgery and 4 pins. Learned my lesson.

    It hit the bumper but the ski's and font end went under the bumper too. Everything plastic on the sled is destroyed.

    Insurance company gave me $1700. Normally do my own work but I broke my wrist is the crash. I don't trust the collision shop so I'm trying to find the parts myself to bring to them.

    I know, right! But money wise I can't afford it now. This has not been a good year for savings.

    :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
    When you damage your own stuff it's the worst because you have no one to blame but yourself! :facepalm:

    :anonymous:I can say that one time I had a truck stuck, and used another truck to pull it out.
    I was the only one there, left one truck in reverse, and towed it out with the other one. After it broke free I had to jump out of the first and into the other one to avoid a collision... I didn't make it in time. Truck 1 rear-ended truck 2 and pushed it up a 6' snow bank damaging the bumper, tailgate and tail light.

    Honestly, I did not expect the sled to start. It was my first time rebuilding the top-end and carbs. Tried to start it a few hours before and it would would not.

    BTW...sorry for your mis-fortune...really sucks.

    Bet there's still a cloud of "creative" language :censored: floating somewhere over the Pacific!
