Most full size trucks don't even have the center latches. There are not many vehicles that have this, minivans being one exception.

Yes, we use it in my Tacoma for quick errands and short trips. I have it in the middle seat and for the most part like it. Once my son is front facing I think ill like it more. He'll have more leg room and sit more upright. Due to how the base is, when they are rear facing he is leaning back a bit more than other car seats. The plus of it, with how far it leans back, is that I am able to reach him right now and hand him toys that he has thrown back up front.

Ill try to get a photo for you later today.

Worth noting that full sized trucks have no issue fitting a full sized rear facing car seat behind the driver or passenger seats. Tacoma's do. That's the biggest reason to use the middle.

I'm assuming you're talking rear facing. And that's a good point. But it is pretty easy to set up the base using the seat belt.

But yes, I would much rather have LATCH. My F150 didn't have it either, which was always confusing.

    So stock.
We have a Diono Radian RXT front facing for our 2.5yr old behind the drivers seat and a Britax 35 Elite rear facing for our 9mo old behind the passenger seat. It works, but it is a little tight for the front passenger. I'm not sure yet what we are going to do once the little one out grows the infant but still needs to be rear facing. I have a second Diono Radian that I'll probably try rear facing in the middle at that time.

Installed in the middle. You can see how far it leans back when rear facing.

They say you can fit three of their seats in the back. I can fit 2 adults on either side of mine in my 2018 DC so it should, but would be snug installing.

I should be receiving the Dino RXT i ordered to use for my 4 year old behind the passenger seat, forward facing. I'm hoping i can fit a key fit 30 rear facing in the middle. Also need to take delivery of the 2018 DCSB I've been waiting on for 4 months. I'll post back how it works out when I have everything.

I'm super intrigued by this thing, very seriously considering ordering one. I think it would live in my DCSB in the rear middle and we would take it on trips as we travel relatively often and the Nuna is massive and heavy. Would you consider using it full time rear-facing in the middle rear? Do you see any issues in doing so?
Thanks a lot for any feedback.

I do use it, rear facing, in the middle seat in my DCSB. We don't take my truck on long drives/trips much so it works for us on short trips around town. It does shine when traveling. Its super light, easy to quickly install into an Uber or someone else car. I can't imagine lugging my wife's Clek Foonf around when we fly places.

Thanks, I really appreciate the feedback. Ordering one now. It will be used just like yours in my truck that we rarely use for family outings and for traveling.
