I just want to make sure the blame is not on Toyota for the dealership being lazy. Toyota stands behind their product...it's the dimwitted employees that are too lazy to help.

Toyota is ultimately accountable for their entire enterprise.

Agreed, but in reference to the comment Toyota is not to blame for not standing behind the product because a dealership is too lazy to diagnose the problem.

Toyota is as responsible for the quality of their Customer service at dealerships as they are for their product. It is a corporation.

I done going back and forth. We're saying the same thing. I'm saying lay blame at dealership and you are encompassing the franchised dealership under Toyota umbrella.

Dont feel special. My 2015 has the same Daewoo quality rattle. I am guessing maybe another type of clip would make it not move as much but I have not tried anything... but am annoyed each time I shut the rear passenger door which makes it rattle. Drivers rear is also loose but doesn't make a very noticeable noise.
