I've recently noticed a rattling sound coming from the passenger bedside when I close the passenger door or grab the fender flare and shake.

This didn't start until recently, so I think we can rule out anything manufacturing wise, unless someone forgot to put loctite on something. I'm the original owner and the truck has never been crashed or had body damage

I'm going to try to pull things and look around, but figured that I might be worthwhile to ask around to see if anyone else has run into this issue and knows where to start looking aroind.

my bet is it's the plastic wheel well liner against the frame or bed. Mine does the same

Check the plastic tabs on the top of the fender well liner, mine were worn out and I recently replaced them.
