Rear floor mat 3rd gen Utility package? Anyone

I was just getting ready to order a Weathertech for the rear and noticed a note: rear mat will not work,in utility package. Anyone know what's up with that?

I think Weathertech only makes them for regular double cab?

 

The one I'm looking at, is for the access cab. The only differance I see is the cup holder between the jump seats. I have the utility package. A package that's designed to use the floor in the back. Funny the don't make a cover for it

 

I'm waiting for someone to say , a 78 Ford Granda 2 door mat works great.

 

I have wondered the same thing. Hoping someone has tried this.

Ha! Well right now I have the cheapest, thinnest set of rubber mats back there. I used the front mats turned sideways and overlapped on the hump with a rear mat over the top.

 

I'm waiting for someone at weather tech to get back to me, so they can tell me why the utility is not avalible. Or why the standard access cab won't work. I suppose people with utility package aren't worried about there floors in the back.

 

Thanks , I'm looking for solutions as well, I ordered the Toyota all weather mats and mine is also utility package and it only gave me front ? I asked my selling dealer and he said there's no mats in the rear because there's no seats in the rear. But it's stupid because it's a utility package there should be a utility mat or something to allow you to use that floor.

 

My access cab came with a rear mat, and I don't see why it wouldn't work in the utility area, the cup holder notch won't cover the hump completely, but other than that whats different ?
