Rear innner fender ...am I missing something

    1765CA34-0F62-4B87-B440-05CF466C8FAB.jpg Both sides of my rear inner fenders . Seem to have a lot of play when I tap on them I don’t see any clips missing . Just the bolts are behind the plastic are these suppose to be on top ?someone post a pic of theirs for comparison this just doesn’t look right to me .

    Mine look exactly the same, there’s about a quarter inch of play in them. I’d say that the bolts have nothing to do with the liner but the pin/clip in between the two are the attachment point.
