So I just recently lifted my Tacoma 3" added 16" wheels with 33" by 11 and a 1/2" tires The lift was put on a little over a month ago and recently I've been getting a little knock noise when the car is put into reverse I step on the brake or I step on the gas it only happens at a complete stop or going into a complete stop. it is definitely coming from the rear I think the right side what would the issue be can't figure it out

What type lift? And have you double checked that nothing was left loose by accident?

So the rear is a skyjacker system. Struts and blocks i can deff double check if any thing is loose. If nothing is what else could it be?

Since it happens when pulling out from a stop I’d start by checking the universal joints if everything lift wise is tight. Also grease the universal joints while you’re there.

I'm not sure, because only happens when I hit the brakes going in to a full stop and then pulling off on a full stop. And its a simple little knock when doing those movements its not like its a constant knock the whole time im in motion so this weekend im going to be looking into it

Yeah, axle wrap noises usually occur when starting and stopping as far as I'm aware.

Check the torque on the U-bolts. Should be torque to 73 ft/lbs. Axle wrap can definitely occur in your situation especially due to lift blocks. That's why rear lifts should ideally be a full pack replacement or at the very minimum, progressive 3 leaf pack or aal.
