Rear Leaf Shackle Hangers - NOOB Question

So, I'm new to the game and saw these Shackle Hangers offered by Rago Fab. They, apparently imrpove suspension geometry and performance...etc.

Anyone out there have experience with these? Snake Oil or Science?

In short, they help tremendously with the rear end manners and overall performance and handling. There are zero downsides to this upgrade. IMO Archive is the best design and I absolutely love my set but there are many options to choose from.

Thanks everyone. Bought the Rago Fab because they were on Amazon and I had some gift cards to burn. Might have a welder-buddy copy the Archive Garage Cross Member for me. What a great idea to stiffen the frame back there. I like bars and braces and cages.

 

So...now I am inspired to come up with a rear frame cross brace that clears the spare. Full ricer moment. Yeeee!

 

Installed and the butt dyno loves them so far. Hit a pothole while cornering and the rear end manners felt more like my STI and less like a Tacoma. Very nice indeed. Thanks again to all who responded.

 

Did you end up getting a cross brace made?

 

Not quite yet. I have a bunch of Carbon Fiber laying around and am looking into using that. Of course, this is WAY WAY down the list and not even included on the Honey Do List so it'll be while.
