Rear leaf springs on tacoma

I have 2016 Tacoma 4dr long bed and the leaf springs are completely straight. There is no arch to them. Don't know if this is normal or the springs are weak. Any suggestions on how to correct it. Thanks for any imput

 

The factory leaf packs are relatively flat

Pretty normal, they start curved. It's a worthy upgrade to replace the whole pack if you intend long term ownership.

Moreso if you tow, haul, or have a topper.

 

I was planning on getting a topper , I didn't think they weighed that much
