I do have a 1” block in the rear with bilsteins and it rides great actually! Rides better than stock and does pretty swell! I can talk to you more if you’d please:burnrubber:
Not everyone is looking to wheel their rigs, and if they do as stated by the people it gets the job done. If you off road and need the suspension then cool beans! Don’t diss on those who don’t need it and are smart enough to know that and don’t waste their money. Get your panties back on!

If you like the stock ride in the rear but just need more lift, don't hesitate to go with blocks. AAL's will change the ride because of the extra load capability but for most it's ok. If you're doing heavy wheeling than go a different route than blocks. Nothing wrong with blocks in the rear for the average Joe, just get a block thats tapered and high quality. MotoFab makes good ones. $.02

Tons of manufacturers put blocks in the rear from the factory. Shit, they should all be sued!!!

My previous truck (dodge dakota) I had blocks up front and aals in the back and it did just fine offroad. I made 2" of ground clearance and added 500lb capacity for less than $500. Why are spacers so evil?

Those who hate on blocks are those who think the only way to eat is with a fork and not with Chopsticks, Fingers and the best since infancy, the Spoon. In the end they all work, different strokes for different folks.

With the 1" block in the rear, does it limit hauling stuff in the bed or towing? I want to make sure I don't lose any hauling or towing capabilities compared to stock. I want the look more than the function since I don't off road much (don't really know much about it and or scared to take a 40k truck off roading right now lol)

Just make sure to use wooden blocks so they don't rust.

Make sure they’re treated so it doesn’t rust either.

A weekly application of pesticides will work well enough.

I read somewhere on TW that fluid film also repels termites....looking for the thread now.
