This may be difficult to answer, I understand this but...

Does anyone know what the rear stock height is on a 1st gen (1998 4x4 V6 TRD), from the center of the wheel, to the bottom of the fender well with the plastic fenders?

Anyone with stock leaf springs that have perhaps been replaced instead of the 200-300 worn springs on there?

Very bottom of this post has stock and lifted ride heights (center of hub to bottom of flare) for my 2000 Tacoma, which should be the same as your '98. Front and back measurements there; shout if you have questions.

The height of the truck will vary with what you're talking about here, but from center of hub to bottom of fender will be the same regardless of wheel, tire, wear, etc. because the relationship of the rear axle to the body is only affected by the leaf springs (well, and any other "lifty stuff" like blocks, body lift, etc.)
