Rear locker questions....

    2.7 w/auto, 4WU 3 link, F & R Diamonds, ARB's F/R w/ Yukon 5.29's, Inchworm 4.7 Lefty, Deavers, ARB OBA, Schrockworks up front.
    Go ARB. Zero maintenance issues. Just change the gear oil every 15K.
    Add to that, you'll need a compressor to air up/ down which is a good thing plus run air tools if you go with the 'twins' compressor.

    I've welded several of the diffs in my trucks/cars.my 240 is welded right now and has been for 80 or so thousand miles.my starlet is welded....my supra is welded..they all have 5 times the power that this little 2.7 puts out.lol....I drive them all on the street/track and have never had the rear end try to pass me.two of those are drift cars and the starlet is my drag car.I will not be going the air route.so arb is out.I will look into the tru team tonight.

    Power means nothing its when youre in a low traction situation when it gets squirrelly but if it dosent bother you weld away...might as well not spend any mony right?

    780hp on 235-45-18's always equals low traction.lol.I said it was an alternative if I couldn't find something in my budget.not a done deal man

    Yeah the true track would pry be your best bet i suppose...

    I havent priced them in a long while though not sure what they go for...

    You referring to the true track?

    If its out of your budget im not sure there is a middle ground there... i think a spool would be next on the list but might as well weld it if going that route...
