I really like the rear lower control arms they used on the SEMA Surf 4Runner. I contacted Toyota and they said:

Icon and FMI make some nice billet lower control arms for the Tacoma but they are $1,300.

Trail Tailor makes a nice pair of billet lower control arms that are only $770. Not as nice as the TRDs but I would powder coat them red to match the front UCAs.
Thing is, they are made for a 5G 4Runner with 1.5" - 3". By my measurement, the 5G lower control arms are the same length as my '25 Tacoma, 26 7/8". Since the Pro has 1.5" of rear lift, and the part number for an oem lower rear control arm says it fits all models, the factory arms are a little short for a Pro/TH. Doing research to see if this will work.

For reference, look at the hardware callouts in Icon's instruction sheets:
    5th gen 4R lower links: https://images.iconfigurators.app/pdf/I54000_REVD_2894.pdf
4th gen Taco / 3rd gen Tundra lower links: https://images.iconfigurators.app/pdf/I54002_REVA_8936.pdf

Bolt diameter is the same between your truck and 5th gen (14mm or 9/16").

The heim spacer is wider for your truck than 5th gen, 2.834" vs. 2.075", so you'll need to stack washers next to the Trail Taylor johnny joints.

The urethane bushing sleeve is narrower for your truck than 5th gen, 2.317" vs 2.365", so you may need to grind down the sleeve on the Trail Tailer bushing to fit into your axle clevis.

^Better suspension articulation (no bushing bind) from the johnny joints and sleeved urethane bushings, at the expense of harsher ride.

Can anyone confirm/show source for how much lift (front/rear) the '24/25 TRD Pros actually have? I've seen everything from 0.5 to 1.5" for the rear.

Control arms come down to joints for me. Not all joints are created equal. And race truck parts are cool until they start making race truck sounds. And they ride like dookie IMO.

Noise. Vibration. Harshness. Metal on metal adds to driver fatigue.

    YMMV.
