Spread out the knockoff dynamat to cut down on road noise

Fit some 1/2" thick rubber over bottom and back, cutting it long enough to tuck behind the plastic and hide all the edges.

Set ten rivnuts - couldn't get the ones provided to work, used my own harbor freight set- only used ten, and half that woulda been solid. This thing fits perfect without anything holding it up.

I always finish projects at night I'll get some better pics in daylight.

Absolutely solid, no chance of vibration especially with the rubber mat and dynamat stuff. Seat closes back and I'm off to raid the surplus store again for better Molle packs.

I'm trying to consolidate my med kit and bug out ammo can into the pouches to have on the truck at all times. Only now do I have hope to do that!

Better make more of these things man once people catch wind you'll be busy

No idea... Maybe my rivet gun was metric or us while the supplied ones were the other

I was bummed too yours were nice & my harbor ones only went up to a #10 X 24 thread bolt... But no matter it's rock solid.
    Thanks again man !

Any recommendations for a method to cut this bad boy? I have to make a cutout to fit it around my sub box.

I want to see one of the smaller panels installed. See how much room it has, but this looks like a sweet product!

Panel was here when I got home from work! Did the layout for the mounting holes and it's into the paint booth first thing in the morning. I'll post pictures from there. Great job Nat!

Mine was delivered to the office today. Front desk called and said "I have a pretty big package!" I replied, "Thanks for noticing......"

Looking forward to figuring out how to modify to fit around sub enclosure.

Got some straps & stuck more stuff to it.
Gonna stop by another surplus store to try & snag more things to fit my gear into :)

So much more room back there now!

Ok I'll quit spamming the thread now. Good luck installing guys - MEASURE FIVE TIMES DRILL ONCE. & the tool from harbor freight cost me all of 10$ and made it go very smooth.

    Painted and in the oven!

Drill size for the supplied rivnuts is a "W" (.3860). Not sure if that's a readily available bit.

    Installed, perfect fit!

Looking for a local place to have mine powder coated. Probably a bit more durable than just spray paint.
