Ok so I have a Trd pro and installed the Westcott lift on the front and for now did a block in the back. But now the rear drivers side is about 1/4 inch higher than the right and the front is even .. is this common or is something wrong or how would I make it even

Are the blocks tapered and maybe one in backwards? Not sure that would do it but something to check.
Most of the time the drivers side is set a little higher to even out for the Tacoma lean but sounds like yours is too high. How much fuel do you have?
Last, it might just take time to settle.

Tacos are not perfectly level from the factory. Even if they were, they would cease to be level the second you sat in the drivers seat.

Blocks were part of the Westcott lift kit and are even and about 1/2 tank
