I handle the HVAC for an extremely large building as part of my job. I have found out that it doesn't matter how cold or how hot it is the women that work here are always bitchin about the temperature. You can have two women in the same office sitting right next to each other and one will be calling you up to complain it's too hot and the other will be calling you up to say it's too cold. The way I handle it is to not do anything except to walk through the office pretending to take the room temp and then leaving. 20 minutes later I will go back (without adjusting anything) and ask if it feels better in here. 90% of the time the complainant will say thank you it feels much Better!
