I have a 2020 SR5 4WD. Last month I installed Bilstein 5100s and have the fronts set on the second perch (.65) to keep a slight forward rake.

I recently noticed my rear passenger side appears much lower and appears to have a reverse rake when looking at the truck from the passenger side.

I put the truck on level ground and took measurements from the bottom of the wheel center cap to the fender. Driver and passenger side front measures within 1/4in of each other. Rear driver side measures approximately 3/4in higher than the front. Rear passenger side measures 1/8 lower than the front. Almost a 1in difference between rear driver side.

    Measurements:

    FD: 23.25in
    FP: 23.5in
    RD: 24.375in
    RP: 23.375in

Could this be a shock issue? Leaf springs look great. The truck only has 17k miles on it.

Rear shocks have nothing to do with height.

I’m aware. I’m providing all details in hopes for a solution.

The lean wasn’t present prior to 5100s being installed.

Measure top of leaf spring to frame on each side. Betto g it's leaf spring. Specially with drivers front lower than passenger side. If higher, I would say it's that front corner pushing back corner down.
