Rear passenger window goes down, not up, and only from that doors control not the master switch.

It sure does, which is why I am concerned since the fitment chart (if you scroll down a bit) says this product # is only for the right front door. Seems to me it's a pretty universal part. The dealership says the door switches are on back order (since February). I'm assuming it's a website typo.

EDIT: I called several local parts shops all three said the part was OOS and discontinued.

In a pinch, sometimes "exercising" a balky switch will cure it, especially if it's seldomly used. Trick is: sometimes it takes lots of switch-cycles to bring it back to life: as in a dozen or more of rapid "push the switch, lift the switch". When/if this is successful in getting the window back up, I would add that I would immediately replace that switch to avoid this problem when you're far from home, the window is down, a huge thunderstorm approaching, and the above quick fix results only in the window now being all the way down instead of the more desirable outcome: all-the way UP: Replace the cranky switch.

This was the exact issue with my 2010 TRD. Should’ve started with cleaning the switch contact points but the plus side is now I have a whole new window motor in there and I learned a new skill set…

This video helped me disassemble the switch and clean the contact points
