    Greetings-
Familiar story. Rear bumper was being held together by the chrome on my 2013 Tacoma that sees daily use around salt water and living in the North, also sees salted roads. The bumper finally gave way. I removed the bumper and yep, the rear receiver is pretty rusted as well. I ordered a rear bumper and it arrived earlier than expected BUT I guess I was not paying attention or assumed the bumper and the rear receiver were not related but they are. The bumper bolts into the Toyota rear receiver so, now that the whole thing is apart and the old receiver not being that great I suppose it is time to replace that as well, however, it appears the original Toyota receiver is much more than just a receiver and has mounting points for the rear bumper which aftermarket Curt and Drawtite do not come with.
Does anyone know where to purchase a receiver that is an exact fit that has mounting points for the rear bumper? I will reuse the old one if I absolutely have to but I would rather not. Fix it properly the first time or do it again in a year or two. Besides, once I knock the rust off there may not be much receiver left and I do not feel like welding an already lost part together. Any suggestions appreciated.
