    good day all
I recently had a cap installed on my 17 dclb sport
I've noticed the rear looks lower than the front
I measured it and it seems to be a difference of 1/4" but it looks like a lot more
I know stiffer rear suspension will probably fix it but. What exactly would be the best solution
PS I'm looking at doing a proper slight lift down the road

Icon progressive add a leaf. 1.5 inch lift. Wheelers and Headstrong also sell them for lower prices. You'll have to look at longer shocks but no biggy.

    None as of yet
Look into Air Lift Company add-on helper bags. It's an air bag you mount between the leaf sprig and frame, will level your truck with ease and the kits a couple hundred bucks.

On my second gen I installed a hellwig helper spring, but it still sagged a little, wish I would have went with airbags so I could adjust with heavy loads.

That's what I'd shoot for. Check out HeadstrongOffroad and talk to Marie. She'll point you in a good direction. I did the progressive aal and rear shocks on mine and the ride is great.

Can't give you a solid answer on that. You'd want them to be at least 1.5" longer than stock. I went with Fox Factory series 2.5 rear shocks. Lots of threads here you can search to find others with similar setups and the rear shocks they choose. A call to Headstrong would yield better advice than the forum.

If your leaving the top on all the time, then sumosprings are perfect for your use case.

If your only having the top on some of the time, and going unloaded some of the time, then go with airbags.

    No reason for a lift.

    Don't get spacers or blocks.

Here's how mine sits with sumospings and about 800 pounds in the bed. Everything else is stock TRD OR suspension.

I've heard nothing but good things about the sumo springs. Not to highjack the thread or anything, but does the ride seem much different with an empty bed? I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a set to keep my RTT from causing sag but partially afraid the ride will be too rough when the bed is empty or my tent is removed.

It's a little bit stiffer with an empty bed but I only really notice it when I hit a significant bump on the highway.
