Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I use several different types .In the last 15 years everyone and there daughter has there own house brand it seems

I have used the copper type with hardware going into Aluminum for 30 plus years. I have never had any problems.

Quite possible there might be a brand that could cause the galling.

I can only say I have had Engineers say really strange things . Applying never seize to lug nuts will cause your wheels to fall off comes to mind.

I can respect engineers that have 10 years in the field then go to school for the piece of paper.

    Hope that helps

Yes it can be confusing .

Where the vehicle lives plays a big part . In the brine belt even never seized hardware still tends to break .
