Ok so i've had work done to my frame, and my top shock mounts are aftermarket. They are 5/8" diameter, whereas the bottom shock mounts are stock at 3/4" diameter.

I was running bilstein 5125's in the rear (installed by shop at the same time they did my frame and shock mounts) and noticed that to fit these shocks on, they used a 5/8" bushing on the top, and a 3/4' bushing on the bottom. I'm replacing them with Monroe shocks (i know, i know monroes suck), and my thought process was, I'll just swap the top monroe bushings out with the top bilstein bushings from my old shocks. However, here is my problem...

The 5/8 bushings from my bilsteins, are too small to fit in the eyelet of my Monroe shocks:

However, the bottom bushings (3/4") that came with my monroes fit perfectly on my bottom shock mount:

Problem: 5/8" bushing inner diameter fits on aftermarket top shock mount, but the outer diameter is too small to fit in these shock eyelets (1.5" outer diameter):C7FD093C-0F3B-4B8F-BB53-5B4CF41F7335.jpg

The old bilsteins are smaller at around an inch and a quarter hole diameter:90A3687B-8AEC-4A33-A2B2-FADEBE1ACD21_1_102_o.jpg
So essentially I need to find bushings for the top eyelet of my new shocks that have a 5/8" inner diameter and a 1.5" outer diameter, hourglass style. But I cant seam to find these online.

can anyone point me in the right direction? would a step down sleeve possibly work from a 3/4" to a 5/8"inch if i cant find the bushings?

Pic of bottom bushings of monroe shocks which fit stock and work no problem:

These are the monroe shocks I got: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=118304&cc=1317633&pt=7556&jsn=38
which states: Loop Bushing Mount - 3/4" Bushing ID X 1.9/16" Bushing OAL

went to the audo parts store and they didnt have any bushings. And I can't find this size online, any help?

so i couldnt find these bushings anywhere online. So i ordered this 5/8" to 3/4" brass sleeve/bushing. I'm going to put this over top of my shock mount (assuming it fits), and then put the original bushings that came with the Monroe shock on top. This probably isnt the best or most optimal fix, but given my lack of tools and skills, i'm hoping this will be a decent semi-permanent solution...
