Discovered the other day that my rear power sliding window seems to be stuck closed. Anyone have this problem before? It's not the fuse - when I hit the button I can hear a noise like a motor trying to open the window. Can't see anything stuck in the track that might be blocking it. Thanks.

I thought someone posted this before where the sliding cable mechanism in the cab for that rear window failed.

Ok, I'll search again. I didn't find anything related earlier.

Yep, indeed, I previously did find that one through Google but not my issue. If you read the thread, you'd see in that case it was caused by an electrical cable that was accidentally disconnected during an alarm install. As I mentioned in my post, there's definitely power getting to the window motor as. I can hear a thunk when it attempts to open the window so I know it's NOT an electrical issue. Haven't really found anyone with this issue either here or in other forums or reddit. Guess I'll just disassemble behind the back seat and see if I can discover anything.

I’d consider pulling the fuse and never opening that window again, if it’s got its own fuse anyway.
I know it’s not what you asked, but in the case of that little slider,,,,,, the juice ain’t worth the squeeze
