Rear spring recall/TSB?

So I've recently purchased a spotless/1 owner/garage kept Pre-runner. I've read about the rear spring TSB. Can I determine if the springs have been addressed by physically looking at them?
If so, what am I looking for?

The latest replacements won't be available until sometime in 2016. So short answer, they have not been addressed.

 

The first thing anyone on here is going to say is "Did you do a search?" Other than that, need more info on your new rig. I think there is a sticky about the TSB that should have all the info you need.

The notice I received was a full blown RECALL. The rear springs on the affected trucks can break, and on the left side has punctured fuel tanks causing fire in some cases. I carry marshmallows and a long stick just in case.
