Quick questions guys: Will rear springs from a 1999 xc fit a 2004 DC?

I am 90% certain that they will. I think it is the Tacoma models 95-97 that have a different leaf spring setup.

As long as they are both 6lug, yes they will.

If the non 4wd is a prerunner or has the TRD offroad package, then the springs should be the same (basically, if it is 6 lug). However, I think the 5 lug 2wd's have different springs that won't work for you.
