I have a 2008 Tacoma and i was wondering what the rear suspension tsb exactly does.
I tried looking it up but haven't had any luck.
Im going to the dealership 2morrow so i might as well bring this tsb up while im there.
Lastly, is there any other tsb you guys recommend i do.
    Thanks for all the help!!!

They replace your 3-leaf leaf packs with 4-leaf leaf packs. And if you dont have a trd you get the trd Billies put on too. Do it if they are willing. Your rear will gain ~1" of lift.

You can haul heavier loads somewhat. Less sag. Nothing special really. Just tell them you are having a harsh ride with a heavy load in the bed.

Stock billies arent that great though. But at least you can sell them and upgrade.

    Nice dude.
Let me know if the 1 inch lift in the rear settles down after a while.
And also is your truck stock or lifted?
If so what are your lift specs?
Post some pics of the height and stuff.
    Thanks dude

It starts off with about 1.5" lift and then settles down to 1" if you load the rear with some weight. But, I dont recommend doing it just to do it. It should only be done if you need more bed load capacity.
Also, you may want to lift the front to level out the truck.

There's the key. Don't go in to the dealer and say, "I got this TSB and I want it done." TSBs are issued by the manufacturer to help the dealer service techs correct known issues in a timely manner. TSBs aren't published to help the consumer although that's what a majority of us use them for. It's how you approach the issue that will determine if the work is performed.
