Then I would imagine you will be fine. The problems I have seen on here were people past 36,000 miles trying to get it done.

Take it from a second-owner who got the TSB done to my truck: yes, they will do it under warranty. Even if the warranty is one month to expiration! I bought it used and one week later took it in to get the TSB...after verifying my 2007 DC was still under warranty. It had only 17K miles on it.

MSUtacoboy: Your bumper-bumper warranty expired at 36K miles. You still have the drive-train warranty but that doesn't include springs. If you have an extended warranty, though, it might extend the bumper to bumper so check that.

I had mine done w/ no problem from the dealer. I got my 2008 with 24,000 miles on it. I just told them I bought my truck from a Ford house and I was looking for a dealership to get my service work on. ;)
