Rear USB install help

Hi all, I had a few questions about installing a rear usb (behind the center console) for the rear passengers.

What I was hoping to do was to be able to tap it into the front USB, so if someone charged their phone in the rear they could also play music over usb (with ability from the head unit to select the input).

it seems like the USB sockets I have seen are all just power/ground. Anyone know of how I could do this?

ill probably have to look at the inputs on the back of the nav unit im sure, but does the square end plug into the nav unit, and then a usb male into that female, that goes to the female plug on the dash?

you know the part number on that? i didnt see it listed in the links you gave me.

I might just end up moving the center console big outlet to the rear and have it not interact with the head unit. i am worried the USB wouldn't provide much charging power. id rather people be able to charge then play music from their phones if it means crappy charging. i suppose long road trips i can just add them via bluetooth.
