Rear Window Defroster

Does Toyota offer a rear window defroster as an option in their 3rd Gen Tacomas? I have a sliding rear window, that I could GAF about...and I'd rather have a defroster if it'll retrofit.

 

I don't think it was an option.
Check interior for leaks, mine doesn't fog up,, not more than the other windows, at which point the defrost option clears them.

 

Don't know if a rear window defroster was ever offered on the Tacoma. Don't care 'cuz the side mirrors work just fine, especially when they're heated mirrors.
Open your side windows about an inch and that will help defrost/defog the rear window.

 

I've never seen it as a problem either.

 

My dogs love that sliding rear window. Even if there was a defroster it would be covered by nose paintings anyway
