Hey guys, looking for alternatives to dealership on replacing my '17 rear window. I slid a kayak into the back of my truck and BAM, there goes the rear windshield. My local dealership farms it out to another company. I think they quoted me $775 and Safelite quoted me about $750...
rearwindow.jpg Only the driver's side glass is broken, but both would only replace the entire assembly... Any help would be appreciated.

Replacing the entire assembly at least for 2nd gens was completely standard due to the way the window assembly and track it fits into is.

That being said go find a local shop and see what they quote you.

Worst case scenario you can get someone to cut you a piece of plexi/lexan to go in there.
