At least it's not one of the impulse buys I regret. :)

Value, mpg's not great but better than my Hemi Ram, wanted something smaller, reliability, looks, and always wanted one.

Besides the fact they are an awesome looking truck, run great, have a very helpful company behind them, and I needed it for work and where I live, it's the only car I've ever wanted. Can't haul 1000 of asphalt shingles and nails, along with all my tools in a Lamborghini!...

I shouldn't have to explain myself. I'm sure you all know what I mean

    My '03 v10 F250 got 7-10mpgs and my '89 K5 Blazer on 38's got 12mpg. (I really miss her:()

The Toy saves me $300 a month between gas and payment.:yay:

The Toy is definitely growing on me. I love driving her, she is quite "Sporty":p (Pardon the pun)

I've had horrible experience with Nissan and the interior in the Frontier is atrocious. The Dodge Dakota and Ford Ranger are a joke. The Suzuki Equator is a rebadged frontier.

The Tacoma is the best looking, most comfortable and most reliable truck on the market IMHO. The Tundra is awesome, but I really dont need a fullsize and dont want to pay for the gas.

    I'd rather have a 4x4, and possibly a DC. If I was to sell my Tacoma, I'd either get a 4x4 2ndgen or a 4x4 4Runner.

What else is there???? No really, it's the only midsize truck worth buying. Colorado is GM crap and Nissans are well Nissans and the Ranger is completely out of it's league, hence it's death. It gets good MPG for a truck and has just enough space for what I need, although a full 48" between the wheel wells would have been nice.

I just always wanted a Toyota Tacoma. Never even considered another brand. I was dead set on getting the little green Prerunner or 4x4 1st gen, but the 2nd gen came out by the time I bought.

Because it was going to be my next vehicle after owning a 2004 Jeep Wrangler...and I went to 2wd because insurance and gas was going to be cheaper...and the fact, my Wrangler had issues! Also the fact I baught a small house and my Wrangler couldn't hold the items I wanted...for example...old arcade machines....but I don't have those yet do I? LOL But I need it for my Dog, My house, and everyday life...

It also looks the best. Better looking than the Frontier, esp. looking from behind.

Wanted the Raptor but it wouldn't fit in my garage :( Next choice was the Tacoma as the Ranger and Colorado weren't ever an option.

Overall still happy but I wish I had a bigger garage.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Toyota is doing their homework. Nobody else can wake up! Just got "Flipped" by 2 old ladies in an Aveo. I knew this truck would be slow...but. I LOVE this truck and it looks like everyone else does, too!

[IMG][IMG] One of these might help. He, he.

Liked the look of the tacoma
    Read/Heard great things about them
Toyotas not making them do barrel rolls and landing planes in their commercials
And I got it for a steal!!
