Why is your rack better than your cheaper competition?

 

Question....Why is the red fuel container stored with the gas cap down?

 

Our premium racks are 10 gage steel and made right here in the good ‘ole USA. They are bolted down to the bed rails for top security and maximum strength. These are just a few of the things that set us apart from our competitors

 

Hard pass on this. Way too pricey compared to the competition. I guess the no lead line is nice though.

 

You have a picture of how they are mounted to bed rails? Pretty sure thats the most common way of mounting them. Most of the shops putting out bedracks use usa made steel, and they are made here in the states. So, what makes this different than every other erector set style bed rack?

The uncoated bedrack from Rebel is more expensive than the finished uptop overland rack, which looks better in just about every way.

Would have gone better if it wasn't an overpriced basic bitch bed rack that they're trying to sell as something special.

 

Sorry guys, we try and give our staff the weekends off to enjoy the time with their families. We know we're the new guys here when it comes to product and with that will always come push back. But we're also here to have friendly a discussion with anyone who wants to learn more about what we build. We believe our racks priced exactly where it should be. We are by no means trying to be the lowest priced rack, as there are already a bunch of options there for people to choose from. Our rack stands out for a few reasons I'd like to go over.

Fitment
Our racks are laser cut and robotically welded. This insures that our racks are always going to fit your Tacoma right the first time. They run from the front of the bed all the way to the end with mounts that are designs to contour and fit your exact generation range. Its made specifically for your vehicle.






Ecosystem
We've built and are continuing to build more and more accessory mounts that allow you to build your rig however you deem necessary. From bike mounts, headache racks, light/radio mounts, universal mounts for attaching shovel/axe/fishing poles, Table mounts, no drill fridge mounts, tire carrier mount and the ability to run our Halo Rack on top of the XPLOR Rack. We're continuing to create from customer feedback and our own adventures, an ecosystem that insures you the ability to create any loadout you can dream up with out having to fabricate your own.

Tested
We've put thousands of miles on our racks, lived on top of them for weeks at a time, and reconfigured they're layouts for many different scenarios. In all that time we've had zero issues. Not one weld failure. Not one rack coming loose. No damage to the vehicle. We continue to put these racks to the test by heading out and seeking adventure no matter where it is. Our Great Divide Series last year documents our 14 day trip from California to Colorado, up to Wyoming and all the way through Montana to the Canadian border. I suggest giving it a watch as we just published the final video from our journey. We'll be heading out again this September to spend up to 14 days all off road living out of our vehicles and sleeping on top of our bed racks.



American Made
If that's something that matters to you well you'll be happy to know your rack is built with American Steel and build right here in California. You're helping to employ American workers and feed their families with your purchase. Rebel has been around for 11 years now and we continue to build new products and expand our facilities to reach our growing customer base. We're enthusiasts who believe in our products and are always perusing the delivery of the highest quality product for our customers.

Customization
You can mount our flat carrier plates & top channels on the outside, up top, on the inside and underneath the top. This allows you to build out the rack for any adventure. The possibilities are endless. We've also pre drilled holes on the up rights so you can run wires for lights.

Powder Coat
Our powder coat is one of the best in game. It's done by a Tier 1 OEM parts supplier for Toyota and Ford. Our racks are sandblasted, pre-treated with 4 stage iron phosphate wash with deionized water rinse. They receive a Tier 1 OEM Supplier basecoat of zinc rich primer and then are shot with a top coat of black fine texture powder coat finish. We stand by this coating and will always make it right.
